can we make Gogeta??

i always wanted gogeta to be the reward for teamwork - if we ever add something like a fusion
after all, a working fusion would be the highest form of teamwork in a multiplayer game

favourite charecter can't wait

If it would be implemented I guess it would be avalible only on 2vs2 .

btw only 2vs2 with 2 cpu's on different teams would fusion be possible

What's your point? No conclusion was ever reached. That topic was pretty much abandoned.

In any case, one feels that an all-out fusion system gives too much power to Goku and Vegeta. One feels it should be a system with various single team-moves like the Purple Comet Attack for Jeice & Burter (or The Seizure Procedure ), combined Masenko for Piccolo and Gohan, combined Kamhameha for Goku & Krillin, Goku & Gohan, Krillin & Yamcha, Goku & Yamcha, etc. This may include Gogeta as the team move for Goku & Vegeta (whether AI or Human player), appearing for a short time to perform a single move like the Stardust Breaker or the Big Bang Kamehameha, and then disappearing and returning control to the players.

This isn't such an original idea it seems. One is sure loozzer has had such ideas before. But, creating a team-move system is probably lower on his priority list compared to improving the general gameplay of Lemming Ball Z and creating better moves for the various characters. Also, this thread is probably pissing him off to no limit...

Nope... but i admit, Gogeta is a boring topic... he had 2 minutes of appearance and performed only one very small move in that time - against an obviously much weaker opponent.

The fusion topic is not much more exciting, most requests are requests for copying other games or for invincible power - in most cases for both.

summarized: gogeta would be disappointing, especially for those who wish to have him.

For me, that was probably one of the most epic 2 minutes of all DBZ . It made that movie probably my fave out of the DBZ movies I've seen. I mean Vegeta and Goku, the most badass and the only full blood saiyans, fusing??(they used the potara earrings to fuse as well but vegito wasnt as epic... and they still got absorbed by buu) Also Gogetas design was pretty cool as well.

I reckon gogeta in LBZ would be pretty awesome IF a nice fusions system is worked out which seems pretty unlikely.

Meh... Veku was cooler. He was probably as weak as Yajirobe... But, he managed to hold out against Janempa even without a sword!
Seriously... The only DBZ character to be able to use flatus effectively - Veku. One bows down to thee.

Coming back on topic, is Gogeta even necessary? Vegetto is already a playable character.

the only superb thing about dbz was the movie of future trunks.
they brought tears to my eyes (i was 9 then).
by the way back to the topic fusion will be possible in 2vs2 where there is 1 AI in the team and thats lame or we can do somethin like when two people are on the same team and they fuse there will be a toss game or somethin like that

but that will be onnly possible when we modify the game engine and thats to complicated or we can ask analytical too make cellblock 10 (OR CELLBLOCK X)

With regard to the first idea (AI partners) - why even bother having an AI partner? It's obviously going to be dumb. In a Team Deathmatch scenario, you might as well just keep going after the opponent's AI partner and ignore the actual human opponent player. If you're good enough, you could prevent your opponent from fusing with his partner. Half the time (approximately), your AI partner will also help you beat up the opponent's AI partner. Keep fragging the dumb AI and you'll win pretty easily. The same goes for the other player...
Then again, if you fuse with you partner, you have a huge advantage...

With regard to the second idea (giving control to one of the players) - people won't like joining team matches then. Imagine if you have to simply watch the game after letting your character fuse with your partner's, why would you bother joining the game at all? For that matter, why would you even agree to fuse - it's possible that you won't get to play as the fused character after fusion?
And what should the idle player do in the meantime? Annoy the active player by flooding his screen with text?

I had an idea for using a tag style match to implement fusion. As in its 2vs2 but only 1 character from each team is active at once so you can switch between the person in reserve when a 'tag in' meter or something is filled. This way, the player can control a team of 2 (no AI involved). This way, fusion is possible ;D

Heh. That would be interesting. And if you die when fused, the opponent gets two frags.
