Also, what about your first cloak (the bluish-grey one)? That is a cloak/uniform, isn't it? I mean, that's not a part of the body like the skin, right?

The outer reddish-brown one symbolizes a team of villans(I don't know what they are called ).

The only BUJO I'm doubtful of being naked (and concerned about) is Daimao. I'm pretty sure he said sometime that he doesn't wear shoes. It makes me wonder about the rest of his clothes...
