Sorry! Didn´t use my brains and thinked . I say that Brolly Nightmare Ssj 5 could beat him away anyday. And if you ask where that is, it is on the Af comics. And he can do more than 2 times this power

Well I have no idea who brolly nightmare ssj 5 is so i'll enlighten you to who Ryuk is

Ryuk is a shimigami (death god) who (like all death gods) can only be killed by not following the rules or if his time of death catches up with him. He can kill anyone with the death note that he carries around, all he needs to know is the name and face of the person, and thankfully to his eyes he can see the persons name and life span above their head.

And that's what makes Ryuk so powerful

Ssj5 Nightmare Brolly is even more powerfuller than Goku Ssj9 or something. He could destroy the universe with his full power blast. The Omega Star. It will destroy every life forms. And olnly Brolly can survive this blast. But I can say that we are tied for now. Come up with a new idea so we don´t have to argue with this any longer. I hate that when something starts and the you have to fight to win. I can´t stand for those. But I know what will win that Ryuk. Daimao, He will ban the Ryuk from this world.

Daimao and Chuck Norris are similar

Daimao can ban anyone in existence and Chuck Norris can kill you with his roundhouse kick and if he misses you the strong wind/blow of his kick will evaporate you but then again god can just send a lightning on them and kill them both.

But some Naruto attacks could kill the Dragonball cast if they could manage to get a hit in, and the only person who has shown to show at least the slightest speed comparison of dragonball would have to be Tobi *cough* Uchiha Madara *cough*

I think that Super Vegito could handle any of the Naruto charactters, but I haven´t seen even one episode of Naruto so I don´t know. I think that Dagito could beat any one.
