have you ever thought of implementing Grandpa Gohan (with mask of course) or the master of Turtles in the alpha?

They are able to use Ki-attacks and have several moves, you could use for a moveset.
for example:

2: Kamehameha (who would have thought that?)
U+2 = This electric Hands attack
D+2 = Sth. like Yamchas shadowwulf in the original LBZ

or sth like that, that would be really cool!
