I rate annoying players as one of the major reason why we have big troubles to get the online community to roll.
Annoying behaviour does usualy not only make new players stop playing LBZ instantly, it lso comes to the annoying player getting soon bored and leaving LBZ as well

Question is, how do they annoy most and what can we do against it?

My list is small, but already full of reasons to leave LBZ for good:

* Quitters - People who simply leave the game coz they dont manage to handle their opponent or they are not happy with the char they have chosen.

* Zapp-o-maniacs
people who use zaps as main way to move.

* Monospammers
People who use only one move over and over again.

Some other things that really annoy at LBZ?
(please dont tell us that the constant changes n gameplay annoy - we do have the alpha topic for that)

Another point to be noted is the connectivity issue.
Let's assume person X is form Asia and person Y from Australia, the host being person X ,generally, gets a greater fps and the challenger person Y has to suffer.

part of the anti anoyance stuff is to make people stay at LBZ longer - with the result that players on at least same continent should be availiable

Hosting on a water map when the ping is moderately high
