Alphatests for the new version of LBZ
DOWNLOAD (win xp/vista/7 /32&64 bit & Linux)
Note: This is a standalone version, it needs an own folder and must not be installed to the directory of version 8460 or lower)

FEATURES

+ better performance + bigger levels + colored lights + digging through terrain + more, new and faster moves + 40 characters + autoupdater reenabled


IMPORTANT:
* LBZ needs the firewall/router to let it through to autoupdate and play online

MOVES
K ... Block
K+U charge power
K+D Kaoken
U+D Teleport
1 ... hit / kiball
2 ... kick / special attack
2+U Special attack 2
2+D special attack 3
1+2 special attack 4
2+K shield
ULRK reverse attack
LR2, RL2, UD2, DU2 superkick
DLRK explosion
DRLK medium ranged fast attack

Special condition moves:
- DUD on ground will let you jump. press D to get down with more impact.
- UDK after blocked special attacks triggers instant transmission
- LRLRLR in response to an instant transmission will teleport you away
- after being engaged in melee and falling out of close range, 1 will charge you towards the opponent while charging a kiball. This also works after jumps.
- after blocked kiballs, your kiballs turn to stronger counterkiballs for a short time
- after 2+U and DLRK moves, you can shoot extremely fast kiballs as long as you stand still

Other changes (since version 8460)
- energy regeneration has been changed. the more energy you have, the faster you will regenerate it.
- engaging in melee will recover your energy fast.
- due to the new powerlevel that goes up to over 9000, the old maximum is now only the average region and accordingly a bit smaller.
- some moves now can penetrate blocks better than before

In case something goes wrong:
go to "my documents",delete the folder "LBZ ALPHA game data" and start LBZ again.
P.S.: Most updater problems are caused by firewalls

revision 1478 - 1482:
- Gokus genkidama will no longer collapse if released prematurely and can be charged on at a later point
- changed meleerules (im pretty sure it wont be the last time)
- Aangs 1+2 was updated to new format
- Cost for reverse attack increased (I was sick of killing newbies with their own moves, so I made it a bit more expensive for me)

The Genkidama change is a bigger change than it sounds like, the new way to treat it seems like a good way to turn 1+2 moves into something thats often called "ultimate" - so be prepared for more changes of 1+2 moves into that direction.

Sorry for the slow progress n the moves in last time, my real life is trying to kill me.

There's one thing I noticed, after I release the Genkidama(2+U) on max or at the point where it can engulf me, I can fly into it and it acts as a shield. Projectiles are destroyed and Goku cannot be harmed. I for one think that impact after releasing should enable Goku to be dealt with damage as it explodes ; otherwise it's just unfair for the opponent.

jajaja yes you can escape from that,so it will be a draw,unless you get teleport to a bad position close to the reflected genki :D

Long overdue and 100% not satisfying: the news

I can not remember most of the changes we had in last time, so I´ll simply tell whats planned for next time:

- Ichigo (model by efialthix - already used and in the BleachLemmingsProject)
- Kakashi remake (lets see if handsigns and LBZ can live together)
- Ginyu force revision (I have no idea why it started, but it did)
- Try to get the interface over Ockhams razor (Kakashi and Ichigo had a few ideas)

... I´d write more, but I´m tired... goodnightz

Update:
* Nappas 1+2 saiba army fixed
*Trying to make things easier for newbies:
**Shield 2+K and reverse (ULRK) are now one move - shield at close range, reverse at long range.
**If you hold 1 at close range, you will charge something very much like a fry

Note: the old moves are still there, so we dont have to feel silly when doing them - but they are equal to the new versions, so better get used to the easier to do keys ;)
Note2: Yes, DRLK is also a move thats rated as too complicated - we think too many of these moves are not usefull enough to justify increased complexity - we will look and decide from case to case if this move will go or replace another sucky move .

Sooo.. after this little excursion through other chars I guess ill set my focus back on Ichigo and Kakashi.. or maybe ill polish the ginyu force a bit more...

Latest Changes:
* global: Shield at long range equals ULRK reflect. The ULRK reflect is removed from help and only kept to grant the old players their habits - both moves are identical
* global: hold 1 at close range to perform a small fry; Further tests will show if we can manage to remove the DLRK fry from help for good
* fixed an size issue with tiens Dodon and all related beams
* Nappas 1+2 Saibamen attack fixed, also changed the saibas behaviour a bit.
* Vegettos FinalDrgonFlash(1+2) initial Strike is now a homing dragon in a shell
* Gokus Shockwave(2+D) can break blocks if released between 75 and 99% charge
* Reccomes Scattershot can break blocks at 75-99% charge
* Jheece 1+2 has been changed into a trailing snake of kiballs... to be named yet
*Guldo 2+D has been changed to a telekinetic wave that pulls even blocking players in... not happy with it yet
* Ginyu: 2+D has been changed into a homing ball with detonator at 1+K; his former 2+D, the milky cannon has moved to 1+2, removing the really useless 1+2 move we had earlier completely from game
* Bojack: 2+D can now be used in two ways: released with 99% charge or less its a wave of destruction, at 100%, it turns into a very nasty homingball.


Kakashis new moves and ichigo are still in work - just not feeling as perfect as i want them to feel

Guldo: 1+2 is now a stunfield; 2+D is now a homingballike move
Birdie: 1+2 now pulls opponents in case of hit, 2+D is now guldos former 2+S shockwave
Bojack: 1+2 now lets bojack charge towards opponent if hit
uub: enhanced 1+2 targeting system, added more gfx for 2+U
aang: made the fireball act more like under control
