 Bug topic
You can report bugs in this topic We will add them to the list so you can see which bugs have already been reported Only report bugs that aren't already on the list and that you can reproduce!
EDIT by loozzer:
Known bugs: - teleport moves (UDK) dont work even though they are displayed - moves abort if their conditions expire while charging - TK is too easy to spam... once again - 4x and better moves work not/only bad at all chars - ULDRUK move of vegeta is total crap

 Re: Bug topic
Don't know if this is a bug but when i host on network play my network doesn't work at random times. At all i mean i will try to use a internet browser and it will not respond and have to restart the modem, which makes the network work again.

 Re: Bug topic
I'm just curious is there an actual list lying about somewhere or is there no bugs atm and the list just needs time to grow?

 Re: Bug topic
maybe no one have just written it, but dev team had big list of todo before server went down, and i think loozzer has some kinda list still somewhere, so dont worry, team knows about bugs and loozzer fixes em all time (or i think so xD)

 Re: Bug topic
we post bugs here?
1. AI is messed up BADLY, they can somehow do certain mvoes faster and stronger and somehow get you in a combo lock after you kick em into the screen.
2. vegeta is fairly overpowerd with his final flash
3. frieza is very under powerd
4. buu and....buu and a little underpowerd, they have about 2 useful moves. the big glowing ball of death is way to slow to be effective.
5. why cant kai attacks destroy rocks, i mean after i smash a person into the ground i would dearly like to dig a hole using their face, but i cant because a rock flies up and all my kai are attacks are stopped which creates a huge explosion on a rock supposadly made of some sort of super alloy diamond since it falls back down unscathed.
6. picking up rocks art really worth it and just by falling on you your ragdoll get cought and dies for some reason.

 Re: Bug topic
forgotten reply to elfuntun: somehow I get often hit by opponents using that beam
@nezul to 1. LBZ is not a real single player game, and so we do not focus on enhancing the AI. 1b(monitor smash) gonna see if we can fix it somehow
2. - 4. LBZ development is made for 500/1000K balance, its not possible to provide a full balance at all powerlevels without adding rules that will reduce gamefun. I want to: - move your focus to the alphaversion which has already several fixes in both buus moves - give the hint that these giant slow balls deal incredible ammounts of damage, it is the players tactic and skill that makes such moves useful... I love to superkick and fry my opponents into these bigballs (its easy to hit them with the opponent even if they are not on the screen) - add that freeza feels kinda weak to me either, but defensive players seem to have no trouble with that (his moves are all quite penetrating and provide a lot of protection from other players specialattacks).
5. Bashing opponents into ground works great if you use melee. The rockdestruction point depends on the kind of move you use. We are still working on a better balance for this.
6. Yes thats a bug, and I admitt, even though I know it, I did not add it to our to-fix list yet (forgot it, its now on the list)
P.S.: 5 of 7 problems solved by blaming the user. Where is the headhunter to get me a job at microsoft support hotline?

 Re: Bug topic
cheers
i actually prefer the normal one to the alpha one, and the reason for this is three major things.
1. its a little dark for my liking and there is not way to brighten.
2. when u smash your enemies far away the screen drags you with them, this aint so bad but when ur behind a cliff or rock your actaully dragged into the ground and it takes a little while to get out.
3. you cant dig holes with peoples faces, like i love knocking someone to the ground and bombarding them till they die, however this cant be done in the alpha version, you cant create gaint orbs with little ones or focus you kai attacks on them, the balls are just to small and dont mix well together, they just disappate way to quickly. why was this element removed?
since the non-alpha version donsnt have all these problems i simply prefer it.
also, those gaint slow moving balls that do tones of damage really dont compare to vegetas final flash, he casts faster and can kill ai/ yourself in 2 hits regardless of his powerlevel so vs the gaint big balls seem a little useless but hey thats not in the alpha version so.....
is there a way u can improve gameplay with lag? i mean me and my friend vs eachother but it really dont work with however is joining. the lag i can handle, he simply has bad internet becasue he ran out of DL, so it will improve grealty soon. it is however very anoying when the person who joined sometimes misses out on terrain, i can understand missing out of kai balls and attacks everyknown and again thats fair enough, lag creates missing packages but i see no reason why terrain should be missing, its not a largly ping related object. but then again this aint alpha so i cant demand you fix this. ill have to get my friend alpha and c if we cant find any bugs there.
otherwise great game i really enjoy playing it

 Re: Bug topic
1: I agree and added a ticket for better lightcontroll to our todo list 2: Agree too, already requested a solution from analytical, thx for support 3: sorry, I did not understand it at all, i cant even ask specific questions about the parts i did not understand :S 4: I hope I understood correct that the bigballs are less useless in alphaversion? 5: LBZ is indeed a very fast game which makes lags real disadvantages... but reybag can beat me on my own server and he is living in argentina while I live in germany == > 10.000 kilometers and one ocean, lag is about 150-190. So i am sorry, the lagtroubles you have seem to be really not LBZ´s fault and caused by something else. If there is really no reason for lags (ports open, every form of download/upload turned off, no multitasking and of course a PC that can run LBZ at more than 40fps) it might be malware. A netmonitor usually can tell you if your connection is busy or not and helps you to detect unwanted webtraffic. P.S.: only one time problems solved by blaming user... please microsoft, dont think this is always this way, I will do my best to find more problems at the next bugreports user

 Re: Bug topic
im sorry about my bad english/grammar i keep forgetting your actaully german.
ill see if i can explain this better. in the non-alpha version when you hit someone into the ground you can bombard them with kai balls, this then makes an large explosion, this explosion grows the more kai balls hit it. this unfortunatly does not happen in alpha, the kai balls dont make the explosion much bugger and they dissipate to quick to actually grow it to a large hole in the ground.
im not bitching about the lag intself, my friend at the moment has 2kb download, its expected for him to lag.

 Re: Bug topic
sounds like Analytical had a hard day XD
I guess it means that you should look if you can update your audiodrivers (not sure)

 Re: Bug topic
1. disable firewall/let LBZ pass through firewall 2. be patient and do not click on the updater window (or run iot in XP SP3 compatibility mode)
